斜頸瓶更便于傾倒，改善了加樣或刮擦?xí)r對(duì)培養(yǎng)瓶的可操作性

直角培養(yǎng)瓶從底部到斜頸處有一定的坡度，更便于傾倒液體和移液管進(jìn)入

大多數(shù)斜頸瓶還有一個(gè)防傾側(cè)的裙邊以增加穩(wěn)定性
